Dale Couturier Legacy Scholarship Fund

Mission Statement

The Dale Couturier Legacy Scholarship Fund honors the life, passion, and values of Coach Dale Couturier, whose decades of service to youth baseball left an enduring mark on the community through volunteer work for Little League, Youth Travel Ball, the Greenway High School Baseball Program, and beyond. More than a coach, Dale was a mentor, friend, and role model who selflessly invested his time, home, and heart into shaping young athletes on and off the field.

Each year, the scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school baseball player who exemplifies dedication, sportsmanship, perseverance, teamwork, and a genuine love for the game—qualities Dale lived every day—and who is continuing their baseball journey at the collegiate level. Through financial assistance for higher education and athletic pursuits, the Fund carries forward Dale’s legacy of mentorship, encouragement, and community spirit, inspiring student-athletes to pursue excellence in all aspects of life.

By contributing to the Dale Couturier Legacy Scholarship Fund, donors ensure that Dale’s commitment to mentoring, inspiring, and supporting young athletes lives on, empowering future generations to chase their dreams just as he encouraged so many to do before.

For the 2026 school year, we will be awarding a $5,000 scholarship to the top applicant.
